Admission to Russian Universities

| Procedure of Admission |
| Each candidate is registered at the KenRuss office. On registration, the candidate receives comprehensive information about studying in Russia. After that he/she identifies the university and course of choice.
Two annual intakes – January and September – give the students an opportunity for quick enrollment, save their money, effort and time.

| List of Neccesary Documents |
- Originals and copies of school certificates (KSCE certificate/result slip, school leaving certificate, IGCSE, GCSE a-level certificate/provisional results)
- Original of passport, valid for a minimum of one and a half years
- 2 passport sized photos
- Admission and processing fee
Upon receipt of an admission letter, the candidate goes to the Ministry of Education for document certification, then to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for legalization.
You can receive an admission letter without having a passport, and then apply for the passport. Your passport will be needed at the stage of visa processing.

| Legalization & Visa |
|
The candidate then presents 2 copies of documents, legalized by the MFA, to KenRuss for translation, final legalization by the Russian Embassy and processing of visa.
Processing of visa invitation takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Upon receipt of visa invitation, each candidate undergoes a general medical checkup: TB, HIV, Hepatitis test.

| Transport |
|
Once all documents are finalized, KenRuss organizes transfer of students to JKIA and their receipt and transfer to the relevant city in Russia.
Tickets to Russia are purchased by the candidate.

Admission to British School of Commerce, Nairobi
|

|
Each candidate is registered at the KenRuss office. On registration, the candidate receives comprehensive information about studying at the British School of Commerce, Nairobi. After that he/she identifies the course of choice and fills out an application form,

- National ID,
- Passport,
- Originals and copies of school certificates (KSCE certificate/result slip, school leaving certificate, IGCSE, GCSE a-level certificate/provisional results), diplomas or degrees,
- 2 passport sized photos
- Admission and processing fee

| Recruitment |
|
After registered candidate has duly filled out the application form and presented all necessary documents, his/her documents are processed by KenRuss and passed over to the recruitment department of BSC, Nairobi.
